       Chupa♡Cabra, A small cabaret club in Death City Nevada, currently hosting a meeting of some of Death City's top officials, and their subordinates. Dr. Franken Stein, one of The DWMA's finest professor's, Spirit, one of The Shinigami's 8. Death Scythe's, Kenji Kudo, Dr. Stein's lab assistant, and Death the Kid, one of the DWMA's former best students and current Shinigami. Stein was currently smoking a cigarette, Spirit was getting drunk as all hell, and Kenji and Death were just sitting there awkwardly. Death just merely sighed over all of this.
       "Dr. Stein, if we could please get to the point of why we are here?" Stein smothered out his cigarette in the ash tray and pulled out a letter. "What is that?"
       "A letter from Grand Witch Maba. I've already read it. She said several witches have reportedly objected to the peace treaty between Human's and Witches, and that they may be among us, attempting to cause mayhem and break the treaty. In an effort to maintain it, she sent us with this letter a list of the protesters, and the animal they represent."
       "Why did she not send any assistance?"
       "As part of the treaty, We are not allowed to directly interferre in the matters of the others group. It is most likely these witches have disguised themselves as humans already. If any witch were to attack them while in their human form, it would play into their hands and make the public think the Witches have broken the treaty, and force our hand into retalliating. The same would be said for us. If we attack any witch without probable cause, we will be accused of breaking the treaty and they will either force Maba to launch an attack, or she will be replaced with a more willing witch."
     "So, they cannot attack them as it would make the allusion of breaking the treaty. And we can't apprehend any witch for the same reason. They could be among us and we wouldn't know."
     "Right. That's why Maba wanted us to do this. We can only apprehend them while they are human, and have to do it before they cause an incident. Maba said her allies will apprehend the ones in witch form, and have already done so. But until then, we can only attack them while human." Kenji merely let out a cough. "What is it Kudo?"
      "There is another way we can get them. The treaty says we can't attack witches due to the treaty, but what if they are not allied with the witches?" Death raised an eyebrow.
      "What do mean?"
      "If Maba were to publicly denounce them as allies and claim them to be rogues, then they are technically allowed to be attacked, right?" Stein just lit another cigarette.
      "That would be giving them what they want then. Maba says she can't do so as it would give off the implications that she will bend to humanities will, most likely causing an uprising and straining the treaty."
     "Great. And since Witches can use Soul Protect, we can't really use Soul Perception. The only meisters that can use Soul Perception that broke through a witches Soul Protect are Maka Albarn, and Joe Buttataki. And BJ is dead. So we only have one Meister who can help." He then snatched the list from Stein. "And with a list of about 15 Witches, One Meister won't cut it."
     "I may be able to break through their Soul Protect myself. Once Kim returned to classes, I started to notice shifts in her Soul Wavelength, until I eventually could tell her soul was that of a Witch's, despite her use of Soul Protect." Death cleaned his shoulder off of wine Spirit spilled on him.
     "Yes, but Kim is a special case, as you saw her everyday, and gradually broke through. We don't know what these witches wavelengths are like. We just know of their animal motif." A black haired woman in a playboy bunny then walked over with a plate of drinks. She set another beer bottle infront of Spirit and a shot glass infront of Stein.
     "On the house." She walked back to the counter, when Kenji looked at her out of the corner of his eye and saw her ear twitch. Not her human ear, but one of the bunny ears. Stein looked at the drink quizically and put the glass down.
      "Spirit, is their a reason you have been killing your liver. I'm starting to run out of spares that match you." Spirit just sat up and revealed his eyes were full of tears.
      "Maka- Maka is leaving me!!"
      "I can't ever recall her living with you to begin with."
      "Stein this is serious! Her mother is coming back to town!" Stein's eyes merely widened as Death and Kenji just looked confused. "Once she comes back, Maka's gonna go with her!"
      "Spirit, Maka is not gonna leave with her mother. She has too many roots in Death City and wouldn't leave Soul." Spirit immeadiently lifted his head and glared with bloodshot eyes.
      "That bastard is not dating her! Cause if he is I swear I will take his soul!" He got up and began to stumble till he fell to the floor, passed out drunk.
      "Predictable." Kenji kept looking at the woman, and watched her grab another drink. He then saw her slip a small pill into the drink, causing it to bubble. Kenji pulled a small blowgun out of his coat pocket and a case of darts.
      'Which one should I go with? Hmm, I'll go with the blorb dart.' He didn't even notice it, but the whites of his eyes turned black. "Doc, I suggest you duck." Dr. Stein ducked his head as Kenji raised the blowgun to his mouth and fired. The dart hit the girl in the neck, causing her to stumble and fall backwards, dropping the glass, which then shattered. Stein got up and walked over Spirit to her limp form, Kenji and Death following.
      "May I ask why I saw you shoot a dart at our host Kudo?"
      "I saw her slip a pill into a drink and was about to bring it to us. So I thought quickly and fired a dart at a threat. Plus, it helps I saw her rabbit ears twitch. Normal people don't have twitching rabit ears."
      "There is a nearby city that has a sizable amount of woman that are children of monsters and beastmen." Death grabbed the list from the counter and skimmed through it.
      "Hate to tell you, but Rabbit isn't on the list." Kenji immeadiently grimaced, then began to back away.
      "I think its best if we all step back 10 feet."
      "Why?"
      "Cause she's about to take up the next 5 feet, and we'll need a bit of distance." Both Death and Stein made a look that spoke Oh Crap, and quickly moved away. The girl's body then rumbled, and in an instant, blowed out into a large sphere, like a blimp. She was easily 5 feet tall, and 5 Feet wide. A perfect sphere, aside from her breasts and butt. Oddly enough, her face appeared to be apart of her body. Stein and Death both glared at Kenji. "Hey it immobilized her didn't it?!" Stein walked over to her and nudged her awake.
        "Excuse me, miss? May I ask why you put a pill in my drink?" She opened her eyes and looked scared.
        "Who are you?! Where am I?!"
        "You are at Chupa♡Cabra, a cabaret club in Death City Nevada, and was just serving us alcohol."
        "That's not true! I was at my High School Homecoming just two minutes ago! Im only 17, I can't serve alcohol!" The three looked at the girl puzzed.
        "What's your name?"
        "Linda Usagi!"

             Linda was now in the DWMA nurses office being looked at by Sarah Fujieda, as Death, Kenji, Stein, a now hungover Spirit, and Sid Barrett talked in Death's chambers. Sid was holding a file depicting Linda before she became a blorb.
            "Well, she is who she says she is. Linda Usagi, age 17, of Athena, Nevada. Went missing last October as she was leaving her homecoming dance. Her friends reported her missing when she didn't come to school the next day." Death pulled out a pen as he listened.
            "Why didn't her parents report her missing?"
            "They couldn't off. Her parents are dead. They died in a plane crash orchastrated by a witch. She was given to her maternal aunt, who then sent her to boarding school. A few months after she disappeared, her aunt died due to alcohol poisoning. All her other family members are either dead or in other countries. Sarah right now is helping her move at her new size. Once she's able to at least roll, she's coming here to tell us what she remembers." Stein crushed his cigarette as he pushed up his glasses.
           "She doesn't need too. Kudo used his mind jack before she fainted."
           "Her memory is completely missing. Her last memory is dancing with a guy, then its all blank. She doesn't even remember ever serving us."
           "I also checked that drink she first gave me. I contained a small condensed amount of madness. If I had drank that, I would have crazier than when I fought Medusa. I couldn't check the second drink though, seeing as how she dropped it."
           "When she's able to move on her own, should we return her to her boarding school?" Death finished writing something and put down his pen.
           "With us currently in the month of June, all schools in the United States are most likely closed or in the process of closing. As a minor, she is currently a ward of the state, and I would to make a proposal."
           "That would be?"
           "I have a friend in Athena who can be of help. Her younger sister attends a school meant for people of larger sizes, and her mother often takes in orphans and adopts them."
           "Does this woman have the necessary funds to afford care for all these children?"
           "She is a multi-billionaire and is a well respected member of the community."
           "Who exactly is this woman?"
           "Huntress Debu, 39 years old." Both Kenji and Stein raised eyebrows. Spirit straigthened his tie then held his head in pain.
           "So we have an answer. That's that then!" Kid nodded.
           "Sid, I want you to take this official order, giving custody of Linda Usagi to Huntress Debu, down to processing." Sid then walked over and took the paper, bowed, and left. Once the door closed, everyone grew solemn. "Our enemy will go as far as to use innocent people as her servants."
           "It's like they took a page from the Gorgon Sisters. Shaula makes them into slaves, Medusa jacks their bodies, Arachne used spiders and Demon Tools. Scorpions, Snakes, Spiders, whats next, bats?" Kenji's whites of his eyes once more turned black.
           "Not Bat's. All three of the Gorgon Sisters had motifs of Poisonous Animals. Only one animal on the list is poisonous." He walked over to Kid and pulled out the list, then pointed at one of the animals. "Stingray. The Stingray witch was Rachel Manta, who was said to have died 10 years ago, and her soul having been claimed by the Death Weapon Tsar Pushka. With Tsar dead, the soul seemingly died with it. Yet somehow, a witch with that motif is among the list. This is only possible if someone is masquerading as her, or was when Tsar claimed their soul. In short, Either Rachel is alive and no one else knew it, or, Rachel has a imposter." Stein walked over to Death's desk.
             "There's one thing we have been ignoring, that its possible there is a third party involved." Spirit walked over too.
             "You mean a witch not part of their list is trying to break the treaty?"
             "Doesn't need to be a witch voluntarily trying. Genus is still active." Kenji's eyes returned to normal as he turned to Stein.
             "Genus is on a crusade of destroying "Cold" the ultimate darkness. To use madness to control Linda would be against their ideals."
             "Any other enemies you guys have that don't mind using Witch power?"
             "Just two. Noellia, she had a whale witch soul merged with her own, and......... Blood."
             "Blood?"
             "Tucker's darkness. After spending such a long time in Project Frozen, Tucker developed a large amount of darkness. He first joined Zenjirou and his group, the Crimson's, but made a careless move. He purged his body of all his light, and became a true monster. His body was nothing but darkness, and he called himself Blood. His light however became its own person, and became Nova. Thing is though, both of them should be dead!" Spirit held his head in pain again.
            "Should be?! You don't even know if the bastards dead?!"
            "It's complicated. Nova said he shot him through the chest dead. And Nova got killed by Genus, so we can't ask him again. I know for a fact though, that Blood was insane, and tortured people for fun! He wouldn't hesitate to use the soul of a witch to do what he wants!" Death merely snapped his fingers to get all their attention.
             "We can't get excited over something we don't know about. Stein, I want you to ask Maka to run a city wide Soul Perception for any Witch Souls. Spirit, once she does, go to every Witch and ask what their animal motif is, and, while being discrete, check to see if they match the list. Take Maka and Soul with you."
             "Yes Lord Death." Both Spirit and Stein began to leave, with Kenji nearly about to follow.
             "Kudo wait. I want you to stay." Kenji stopped and went back to Death's desk.
             "What Kid?"
             "Suddenly dropping the formalities when we are alone?"
             "It's what I'm used to calling you, so I will still call you that. Now what do you want?"
             "I want an answer for your actions at Chupa♡Cabra. I saw the whites of your eyes turn black, and saw how you meticulously picked a dart out of a container. What really happened?"
             "I don't know what you're talking about with my eyes, but its like I said, I acted on my instincts."
             "Why did your eyes turn black when you mentioned the Stingray then?" Kenji began to look away. "You haven't been sleeping again have you?" Kenji darted back and looked at Death with bloodshot eyes. "Destra told me what happened when she and Ariel took your chibi pills, how you began acting dark and cold, how you hadn't slept in days."
             "That's none of your business!"
             "It is if you endanger others! Now what are you hiding?!" Kenji grit his teeth then bolted out of the room. "Kudo!"

             In the nurses office, Linda was able to start waddling, like a young toddler. Sarah was looking at her and jotting down notes.
            "Excellent work Linda, you're getting along nicely!" Linda turned towards Sarah and smiled.
            "I'm still suprised that it comes naturally." She then began to look somber. "Is it true I was gone for 7 Months?" Sarah just nodded. "I swear it feels like yesterday when I was at homecoming." The nurse's door opened, with Michelle walking in. Sarah looked suprised.
            "Michelle! When did you get back?! You've been gone for weeks!"
            "Sorry Sarah, I can't talk right now. I'm here to see Linda." Linda looked confused. "Ms. Linda Usagi, I'm taking you home." She reached for her hand. "Please come with me." Michelle and Linda then walked out. Michelle heard someone running and turned to see Kenji running down the hall. "Kenji? What's going on?" He just barreled right past her, not noticing her.
            "Ms. Michelle? My aunt they said is dead. Where are you really taking me?" Michelle looked at her and smiled.
            "You were considered a ward of the state, and rather than go into foster care, a friend of mine's mother has chosen to adopt you."
            "So by home, you mean?"
            "Your new home." The smile then returned to Linda's face. "Come on, let's go." The two then began to leave.
